Jeffrey F. Crawford

Jeff is a turnaround specialist with diverse real estate and business management expertise. Jeffrey has over 30 years of expertise in contingency planning and case administration combined with hands-on management in the areas of contract negotiations, litigation management, business planning along with risk management. Jeffrey applies his three decades of experience in assisting clients to better protect against , respond to, and recover from challenging situations that have regulatory, reputational, or financial implications such as fraud, corruption, data breach, money laundering, and sanctions.

Paul C. Kueber

Paul is a turnaround, restructuring, buy side merger and acquisition, and Electric Vehicle advisory expert with broad experience working with automotive and manufacturing companies focusing on business strategy, key high growth initiatives, corporate efficiency, and overall profitability.  He earned his M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Michigan and B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Notre Dame. Paul is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
