  • Automotive OEM main product line faced significant material cost and  supplier tooling investment gap to targets.  Maybury Partners was able to lead material cost workshops to reduce material cost by $1,200 p/u.  Maybury was also able to reduce investment by $300M due to eliminating non-value add content via collaborative workshops involving engineering, program and marketing.​
  • Luxury automotive OEM faced program cancellation without improved profitability.  Led team that developed comprehensive plan of attack with cost reduction in all areas of P&L statement — $1,100 p/u, quality marketing and manufacturing cost improvements.  Utilized bold ideas with dramatic change including deleting traditional vehicle content identified as redundant, and adding content that increased revenue​.
  • Large corporation close to bankruptcy identified need for engineering organization restructuring with 20% reduction in workforce.  Led reorganization of engineering (10,000+) utilizing collaborative workshops.  Team developed new, matrix structure that provided engineers to multiple vehicle programs at once.  Overall structure change achieved reduction targets​.
  • China based vehicle line was unprofitable prior to program approval.  Led supplier sourcing to restructure supplier plan utilizing supplier competition to achieve program margin targets.
